How do I check-in? 

You will be asked by your Booking Manager to confirm a hours window between 15.00 and 18.00 on the day of check in to arrive. 

You can arrange an early/late check-in for £15

You will be met by your Guest Manager (within that hour) who will welcome you, check ID and provide you the keys and the keybox code. You will be shown your accommodation and how to use the appliances and WiFi. 

If you require any additional Concierge or VA services please inform the Guest Manager or email hello@freerangestays.com 

Do I need ID & a Contract? 

Upon booking you will asked to provide ID and sign T&Cs via an online portal/ guest App. 

If you find uploading the ID difficult please email your photo ID to mirjana@freerangestays.com 

If we do not receive your ID or signed T&Cs your booking will be unfortunately cancelled. 

Your ID will be checked upon arrival by the Guest Manager to protect both parties.

We welcome individual, executive and contract teams for long periods of time where discounts are available. 

What do I do if there is a Maintenance issue? 

For any maintenance issues please call 01234 519790 immediately and report the issue

Is there Parking? 

There is free on street parking. It is on a first come first served basis. There is additional parking on the next street and a paid public car park.

Are children and infants allowed? (cots and high chairs) 

Children and infants are welcome at Free Range Stays. 

Unfortunately there is no discount or subsidy for them and they count as an extra person. 

Unfortunately we do not provide travel cots or high chairs but you are more than welcome to bring your own for your comfort. 

What are the Available beds? Can I split them? 

The bed arrangements are as detailed on the website and booking platforms. 

In some properties we have zip and link beds so the beds can be separated. Please email for confirmation.

Are the property descriptions accurate? 

All our accommodations are private spaces all yours to enjoy. Where described you will have access to a private garden to relax. 

Sometimes on the property description we mention swimming pools, gyms and other leisure pursuits. These are referring to local attractions and visits that can be arranged at extra cost via your Booking Manager. 

All our accommodations come with fully equipped kitchens and calming living spaces. 

All appliances will be listed on the property description. 

All accommodation comes with free and unlimited WiFi for you to enjoy.
