It can be incredibly difficult to get things done when feeling down and unmotivated. Here in this blog I want to help give you some helpful tips to keep yourself motivated!
- plan, plan, plan! Buy a planner and write to do lists for everyday!
- Go to sleep and wake up the same time everyday. This will help keep you disciplined.
- Exercise at least 3 times a week.
- Eat a clean diet.
- Set goals and targets for each day.
- Use rewards.
These are some great tips to help get you more motivated, but I know sometimes if you’ve been feeling down and drained, it is important to wind down first and take a break.
